Interior Design
Having graduated with a BA Hons in Interior Design in 1990. Michele O’Reilly began her design career working in both LA and London where she gained invaluable experience in the residential market.
She returned to Malta with her family in 2001 and set up shop immediately. Through word of mouth her interior design business started to grow. Collaborating closely with her clients, Michele tries to create something that does not look as though the designer has just left, but something more personal for the client. “It is important to understand your clients’ thinking, then provide a home that looks like they have done it themselves - but better,” she says. "It takes a great deal of dedication and organization to successfully complete a job."
Besides a local clientele base, Michele has a number of foreign clients who have invested in property in Malta and who haven’t got the time or inclination to do the work themselves. Through a series of initial meetings and after receiving a brief, Michele establishes a design direction and through a series of visual concepts comes up with a proposal. Once agreed, Michele and her team of dedicated specialists get to work to ensure that budgets and deadlines are met.
